Hi! welcome back, so today is 6th September 2022, and boo had been busy doing homework and preparing for her test on Thursday, while she's busy with her task, I use my free time to check my freelance works, surf LinkedIn, and looking for another job (yes.. I'm thinking of resigning from my current office π) and I suddenly remember our impromptu coffee date back then.
It was Sunday, and I didn't have any plans back then, I remember clearly asking her if she wanted to come with me to this coffee shop named "Kyo" coffee. I've visited this coffee shop several times since it's nearby to my home, but I want her to come with me this time. She rejected me first, saying its too far and she just wanted to watch dorama all day long, and I was prepared to go to the coffee shop alone, but I asked her one more time
π¦ : do you want to come with me to Kyo? if this one is too far for you, then we can go try their branch at the Christmas market.
π§ : why don't you tell me they got another branch in Jakarta? okay, let's go!
long story short, I went to her place, it was 4 pm already, I was waiting for her to get ready and I googled our destination first, and then I feel like a bolt struck my heart suddenly, I was baffled as I realized they close at 6 pm, and I'm pretty sure, we won't make it.. unless we go to their branch in Jatiwaringin. so I asked her "hey I'm sorry but I just googled our destination and found out they're gonna close soon, do you mind if we go to Jatiwaringin? the place looks nicer, tho" and she don't mind! thus we begin our coffee date!
she's pretty excited trying my old digicam, this is Sony Cybershot 5.1 megapixels I got this from my aunt, overall it's a great digicam (in its era) but doesn't work well with low light situations, and the battery, I don't know if this one already broke or not, but the battery usage is too damn high, I remember I bring a pack of battery for spare, in case the one I put inside depleted.

okay we arrived at Kyo Jatiwaringin, it was quiet, and we got seated at the end of the coffee shop, I love the spot, because its bright and spacious, we spent 2 hours there talking, reading books, and doodling.. yes doodling together!, she drew Eiffel tower (supposedly) on my notebook.
and as usual, boo ordered a latte, meanwhile, I ordered their Japanese iced coffee.
Kyo got a pretty decent coffee, and if the place isn't too crowded, I totally recommend this place for you to unwind and read a book for a while.

after Kyo coffee Jatiwaringin, I invited her to go all the way to Bekasi, so we go to Summarecon Bekasi to try the newest branch of Simetri coffee roastery.
we ordered 1 long black coffee for me, 1 mocktail for her, and 2 croissants. After we finish drinking our coffee and munching our croissants, we decided to take a walk on the pathway nearby beside the lake, and I must admit this, I loveeeeee it so much, it's just so romantic and idk but I love talking with her π

after the super intimate and romantic chit-chat session, we went to Nasi Goreng Apjay before return home, this is my first time trying Nasi Goreng Apjay, and it was bomb! super delicious, super fragrant, it was super! or maybe it was super because I enjoyed it with boo? hemm makes sense.
