Its a little late at night and...
I'm sleepy but I can't sleep yet!
this is a picture of a canon ft-ql, my lenses are better and shinier than the one on the photo, I will replace the photo with the one that I got later
this is a picture of my Yashica mf2 super dx, it's a cheap point-and-shoot, capable of taking great photos but somehow the result from my camera is always a little shaky, plus point, you can insert a roll with dx code and the camera will read the dx code, so you can be accurate when it comes to iso or asa, you name it (honestly I don't know either so if I'm wrong, please correct me in the comment section) and I will replace the photo with the one that I got too! later!
I was young and reckless, I shot indoors with low iso and I must embrace the shaky result
so I want to talk about my camera, yes my analog camera.
I got my analog camera from my uncle, it's a Canon, and it's one hell of a camera, I got it in a great condition, the minus only the viewfinder already infested with mold, but it's okay I still can shoot great pictures with it.
okay enough with the ft-ql, the one that's gonna be the star of this post is my first analog camera, the Yashica mf2 super dx! I want to make a confession, I bought this camera because I know bboo loves taking photos with analog cam, so I got myself a point-and-shoot camera, with the expectation that I'm gonna use this when going out on a date with her. I bought this camera from a notorious analog camera seller in Bandung, it was around 600 or 700 hundred-ish for this one bad boy.

so yeah that pretty much the background story of my analog camera, coming up next, some shots from my very first camera (the one that really got processed, not staying inside the canister for god know how long lol)
here are my top picks from my trip to safari back in '2020 pretty much satisfied with the result, took around 14-18 frames on a broad daylight.
and below are several shots of when I had a coffee date with boo, we meet up at Harlan Holden (i remember clearly I'm struggling to find a good and comfortable seat for us, I already ordered two sea salt lattes (since she told me it's so good) and two croissants.
but hey, I got her the one of the most desirable item for Arashi's fans, their debut album! I got this as her Christmas gift, initially, I want to surprise her with this, but I remember clearly she was having a hard time because a tote bag from johnny's store was sold out within minutes, so she was mad, sad, and... mad, so yeah I reveal this precious item and I think it helps her regain her smile back then.
we went to sushi's place for lunch! this is where i learned about her love of sushi and sashimi, especially salmon!
this is me on 25th December, trying to convince her that her camera works normal
I pick her up on 27th December, because we want to go to Labrana together. and oh I got her a cosa analoga, a local-made roll film, but we decided not to use it on our point-and-shoot camera. sad.
"ngantuk bu?"
still one of my favorite photos of her ♥
difotoin bboo.
so that's the end of this post, I must say my first roll film experience were awesome, and thanks to this girl, I jump and join the analog bandwagon, see you in the next post! じゃあ、またね
